FEIN supercut construction
FEIN supercut construction
FEIN, a manufacturer of professional and extremely reliable power tools for manual trades and industry, presents the new generation of FEIN SuperCut Construction. The powerful system for interior construction and renovation comes with a newly developed transmission featuring the patented QuickIN quick clamping system. It allows accessories to be quickly and conveniently changed or adjusted. The particularly impressive power transmission of the tool holder enables even better work progress than its predecessor. There are five professional sets for the FEIN SuperCut Construction FSC 2.0 Q, each of which includes a specially coordinated range of accessories.

The new-generation FEIN SuperCut Construction
More than 40 years of experience in oscillating power tools have gone into the new FEIN SuperCut. All FEIN products are developed and produced in Germany in line with the highest level of industrial quality. The FEIN SuperCut is designed for tough sawing and cutting applications in industry and manual trades. The 400 watt high-power motor enables the tool, which provides particularly reliable results, to work around 3.5 times faster than any other oscillator on the market. Its extremely durable transmission achieves an impressively good oscillating motion of 2 x 2.0 degrees. An electronic control with tacho generator maintains a constant speed even at high loads. The transmission is made entirely from metal, giving the precision tool a long service life. With compact dimensions and weighing only 1450 g, the FEIN SuperCut Construction is very manageable.

Simple tool change and improved power transmission
The QuickIN gear head of the FEIN SuperCut Construction FSC 2.0 Q enables tool-free accessory changes that are both fast and convenient. The tool holder, which has been further developed and patented by FEIN, enables improved work progress, as the diameter of the tensioning element increases when the quick-release lever is closed. The oscillating motion is thereby transferred to the tool without play.

Professional sets for different applications
The FEIN SuperCut Construction comes in five different professional sets. The accessory sets are specially coordinated to the different applications.

Professional set for interior construction work with wood
The powerful and precise special tool in the professional set for interior construction work with wood is a great aid to tradespeople undertaking assembly work on the construction site or fitting furniture, flooring, doors, lightweight walls or stairs. The HSS saw blade, which is ideal for making long, straight cuts in wood, has been added to the professional set. Combining the saw blade with a depth stop also allows you to saw in laid parquet if you need to create an expansion joint at a later date, for example. The professional set includes ten E-Cut saw blades, providing the user with a powerful oscillating saw for all applications where circular saws, jigsaws and sabre saws are needed.

XProfessional set for repairing/replacing windows
The FEIN SuperCut Construction professional set for repairing/replacing windows has been developed for repairing windows and dismantling old windows. Using the FEIN SuperCut Construction FSC 2.0 Q to remove putty-mounted insulation windows cuts working time by up to 80 percent compared to doing the job manually. When repairing old windows, putty can be removed from glass and damaged wooden parts can be replaced. The E-Cut saw blades allow you to remove window frames. One new tool in the set is the HSS saw blade for wood, which is ideal for making long, straight cuts for adjustments to roller shutter cases directly on the construction site, for example.

Professional set for tile restoration/bathroom renovation
Tradespeople are using the FEIN professional set for tile restoration/bathroom renovation to replace tiles, cut out grouting cement materials and saw close to old heating pipes. In addition to a 2.2 mm wide diamond segment saw blade for marble, epoxy resin and concrete trass joints, the set now includes a new extra thin carbide saw blade, only 1.2 mm wide, for working with particularly narrow tile joints. A carbide rasp removes plaster and screed residue to produce a clean surface and a stopper knife is included in the FEIN professional set to help you remove the stubborn remains of old sealants and adhesives.

Professional set for heating/sanitary installation
This new professional set allows you to make individual cut-outs in panels. It enables particularly cost-effective installation of underfloor heating. Even laid tiles can be cut out and replaced without any damage using a diamond segment saw blade. The E-Cut saw blades allow you to saw off old copper or plastic pipes which are no longer needed close to the wall, while a stopper knife is an effective aid to removing flooring. A carbide rasp is included in the set to use with the FEIN SuperCut Construction for removing tile adhesive, plaster or screed residue.

Professional set for grout renewal
Damaged grout sealants are easily cut out with the FEIN SuperCut and the professional set for grout renewal. The accessories in the professional set can quickly and safely remove all elastic sealants in both exterior and interior spaces and prepare for filling joints in again. Areas where the grout is deep are removed and machined with the long cutter blade. A diamond cleaning blade cleans and roughens mortar flanks before you fill them in again.
